Round five was the second area 8 round. Thanks to everybody for a great days racing, particularly Vince and Dave who did race control / orgainisation as well as most of the winning!
Qualifying
Qualifying saw Dave Stevenson and Les May take the top spots with 31s. Graham Sampson topped the Falcon times with a 28.
Clubman
Only 4 clubman runners this time. Graham Sampson was again the class of the field winning by 3 laps and extending his 100% record this season with a 5th clubman win. Mike Spurway took second well ahead of Cliff Bicknell and Marc Lyons.
Super Prod / Falcon Masters
In the individuals Keith Gibson won the D final with his super, while Mike Spurway took another second and Marc Lyons finished ahead of Cliff Bicknell this time.
In the C Nick Thrower won from Simon Francis, both with Falcons.
Paul Harwood won the B from Stan Alton, while a final lap off meant Josh Byant finished just behind Graham Sampson. Graham took Falcon Masters, being the only Falcon runner to make the B final.
Dave Stevenson won the A final by a lap from Les May, while Ian Barker took third ahead of Lee Parsons

The A Final
The Clubman Final
Le Mans 32
Having kept us all in order as race controller for the individuals, Vince Lee showed
us what he and Ian Barker could do on track in the team race....Team VIP were quickest
through most of the race and won the 40 minute event by over 30 laps from the Luton
team. This time Lee Parsons joined Josh in the championship leading Young Man
team, a pit stop in the second segment meant they could do no better than third.
