The second Saturday race was the K Slotcar F2 race -
Best presented body was won by Mike Gibbons
Qualifying was very close, James Cleave taking top spot on 6.939 ahead of Martin Ellis on 6.946 and Will Stemman 6.959.
Chris Clements won the C final from Ant Hawkes.
Ross Grogan won the B final with
193 laps, ten ahead of Paul Harwood.
We’ve come to expect the A finalists will fill the top several places, but that B
final run from Ross was looking seriously competitive. James Cleave won with 198
laps, but Ross was second beating Gavin Wills by less than a tenth of a lap.
