Bodyshells Approved for BSCRA Racing
Bodyshells Approved for BSCRA 1/32 Sports/GT, INTRO 32, Team Race and Super -
There is a major change to BSCRA bodyshell rules in these classes from 1st January 2017. Bodyshells are only eligible for 15 years after the full size car raced (the BSCRA bodyshell policy give more detail of the requirements.) This means a number of the shells on the 2016 list were only allowed in BSCRA racing up to 31 December 2016.
If you would like to submit a new boyshell for approval or submit reasons to allow a previously approved body for longer please contact the BSCRA Competitions Secretary. All applications are considered by the BSCRA Completions Rule Committee, those that are approved are listed here on the BSCRA web site. (They are NOT eligible for BSCRA racing till they are listed here.)
In December 2019 and February 2024 extended eligibility dates were added for some shells.
