BSCRA 1/32nd NATIONAL FINALS AT RICHARDSON’S  - ACCOMMODATION

Richardson’s are pleased to be hosting another National this May and as usual as providing some competitive rates for accommodation and food for anyone wishing to stay on site.

Accommodation for the event will be available from Friday night through to Monday morning with optional extensions Thursday night/Monday night for anyone who needs them.

The Accommodation rate is based on Dinner, Bed and Breakfast and is £35 per person per night, based upon two sharing a double, twin or two-roomed unit. There is no difference in price between hotel and chalet accommodation. For single use of a double, twin or two-roomed unit there is a £5 supplement, making the charge £40 per night.

Light refreshments will be available from the coffee shop but if lunch is required, this can be purchased in the Restaurant and the race timings will be arranged to allow those who wish to have lunch to take a break at the right time. (Lunch is a self-service selection of hot dishes, baguettes, salad and sandwiches from around £2.50)

Track set-up will be done on Friday, although the track will already be in the room (Leisure2) but not set up, on Thursday.

Volunteers will be needed on Friday for set-up and Richardson’s are offering two rooms free of charge on Thursday night for the first two volunteers who need to stay!

Please book rooms with Ant  Hawkes – preferably by email – as soon as possible. Payment will be needed early in April, in full, for the stay you have booked. No refunds are possible once payment is made.
