[1] If the track has previously been used for a BOC , BSL, Southern 32 or Area round, or the BOC coordinator has previously raced on the track just say so. For other tracks please give details including lap length, lane spacing and a track plan or photos.

[2] Please see the rules and guidance on typical fees, higher fees will need the BOC coordinators agreement.

[3] Heating is important for winter rounds, if your clubroom is unsuitable for a winter round please say so.

[4] What catering provided by the club and are there shops / take aways within walking distance (that are open during the meeting)

[5] If the club has previously been used for a BOC, BSL, Southern 32 or Area round just say so. If not please give details of your club’s experience in running meetings.

[6] Any additions to BSCRA rules must be agreed in advance. A minimum ground clearance rule for 1/32 Saloon and Sports is normally acceptable.
