A rule change for 2017 introduced the Masters grade which replaces the 2016 Premier grading for former  National champions who have not re- qualified for Premier grade in the last 5 years.   Only the ones currently active in BSCRA racing are listed above, there  are over 30 other former National Champions who have not been listed.

 FROM MAIN TO CLUBMAN

There are  drivers returning to Clubman (Novice) as their high Nats places were over 10 years ago, they haven't been listed because as far as we know they are no longer active racers.
