Reminder of conduct rules and penalties for transgression.

Placement of cars on track for warm-up session and duration of warm-up session.

Procedure for driver protest and appeal lodging.

Start-line scrutineering procedure including time allowed to rectify faults.

Start-line Scrutinering

If the drivers briefing has directed that start-line scrutineering will be present, every car should be checked on the start-line of every race for compliance with general dimension rules and carry a scrutineering mark (if applicable). In particular the following checks shall be made;

Rear track width

Ground clearance (if applicable)

Rear wing/bodywork height (if applicable)

These checks are supplementary to normal scrutineering.

Any car found to be outside the rules in these checks will not be allowed to start the race until the faults have been rectified. A set amount of time may be given to the driver before the start of the race to rectify the faults only if this concession time was specified in the driver’s briefing. Otherwise the race shall start without them.
