Blackpool SCC 2 April
The BSL season got off to a really good start at Blackpool with a total of 22 racers participating representing all 6 host clubs. As usual some great battles & fun racing was enjoyed by all.
Congratulations to individual winners, reigning title holder Paul Shepherd overall, Jade Slater top Clubman and team winners Martin Ellis & Richy Kettleson with top team point winners Paul Shepherd & Ian Fitzpatrick.
The only unfortunate part was Adam Gresswell had to go home early unwell but fortunately it meant Sandy Wedderburn got the chance to step in and race in the team event to make his long journey south more worthwhile.
Thanks to Blackpool for hosting the round & we look forward to more of the same at the Scottish double header at the end of May.
